Note: Site visit is compulsory for all services before booking confirmation.


1. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • All services require a compulsory site visit before confirming the booking and price.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after site inspection and scope discussion.
  • Same-day service is possible based on team availability.

2. General Site Requirements

  • The client must provide clear access, water supply, and any local permissions.
  • Work areas must be safe, accessible, and free from obstructions.
  • Clients must ensure safety of tools/materials if work continues over multiple days.

3. Scope of Services

๐Ÿงฑ Cement Work

  • Done using proper mix ratios and skilled masons.
  • Curing responsibility lies with the client (unless otherwise agreed).
  • No liability for cracks caused by improper curing or third-party interference.

๐ŸŒฑ Soil Work (Digging / Filling / Leveling)

  • Executed as per agreed plan.
  • Pricing depends on depth, volume, and type of soil.
  • Extra charge for debris/soil removal and transport.

๐Ÿงน Site Cleaning

  • Includes sweeping, dusting, and stacking of construction or renovation waste.
  • Heavy debris removal (bricks, tiles) will be charged separately.
  • Hazardous waste is not handled.

๐Ÿ› Bathroom & ๐Ÿ’ง Mori Cleaning

  • Deep cleaning using professional chemicals and tools.
  • Stain removal not guaranteed for permanent or old marks.
  • Requires water supply at the cleaning site.

๐Ÿงฑ House Demolition

  • Performed by experienced demolition workers with safety precautions.
  • Client must arrange official permissions and utility disconnections.
  • Debris removal is not included unless agreed separately.

๐Ÿšฝ Drainage Block Clearing

  • Standard blocks are cleared using manual or pressure methods.
  • No wall/floor breakage unless approved by the client.
  • Severe blockages may require plumber services at extra cost.

4. Payment Terms

  • 10% advance is required after the site visit to confirm the booking.
  • 90% payment must be made immediately after work completion.
  • Cash payments only, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delays & Rescheduling

  • We will inform the client about any weather delays or team issues.
  • One free rescheduling allowed if informed at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours will incur a โ‚น300 fee.

6. Work Safety & Responsibility

  • All team members follow safety practices.
  • We are not responsible for existing damages at the site.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by client-provided materials.
  • We are not responsible for loss of unattended valuables.

7. Guarantee & Follow-up

  • We offer 2-day support for small corrections, if needed.
  • No guarantee is given for:
    • Work using client-supplied low-quality materials.
    • Cleaning of permanent stains.
    • Drainage blocks caused by damaged pipelines.
